Can you work with clients who are not located in Alberta or Canada?

Absolutely. We have several out-of-province clients and even a few international. With the convenience of telephone, e-mail and fax communications, we maintain regular contact with them throughout the life of their contract to assure complete customer satisfaction.

I know I need marketing materials for my business, but I'm not sure where to start. How can you help?

We specialize in helping clients brainstorm and hone in on exactly what they want to accomplish with their marketing efforts. We conduct an initial consultation with all our clients by phone or in person to discuss their marketing needs in detail and draft a proposal based upon the needs expressed during that meeting. So, even if you don't have a clear idea of what marketing assistance you need, we can help you identify some next steps to steer you in the right direction.

How much will my project cost?

While the requirements of your particular marketing project will ultimately determine the cost, we have provided a convenient Fee Schedule on this website, which lists general price ranges for the most requested services. Who owns the reproduction rights to the designs and copy you develop?

You do. Our clients assume full reproduction rights upon payment of a completed project. Alchemy Imageworks does not retain license to use its clients' trade name, trade secret or other proprietary and confidential data except to the extent necessary to complete contracted projects. Alchemy Imageworks does however retain personal rights to use completed projects for the purpose of design competitions and marketing of the business, in any online or offline capacity.

I've noticed your site always changes and never really seems 'finished', why is that?

Such is the nature of the creative minds here at Alchemy Imageworks. We certainly cannot experiment with our clients websites so we instead turn our attention to our own online presence. Seeking to constantly provide fresh and exciting visual stimulus as well as implement practical and necessary changes, it is unlikely that our own website will ever truly be 'finished'. Many of our clients have taken a liking to this approach as well and request complete site overhauls of thier own once every year or two, just to entertain and delight returning customers with a fresh new look and feel that reflects their own progressive nature.
